Giuseppe's
Giuseppe's makes guests feel right at home-right along the Caribbean Sea. With inviting indoor and outdoor seating, this cozy Italian restaurant brims with genuine Tuscan charm. Dine amid the candlelit ambiance of its outdoor terrace or step inside for a taste of warm, old country allure. Here, you'll find the joys of Italy in the Tuscany-style antipasti bar featuring unique appetizers. From pizza and pasta, to tempting desserts, the food at Giuseppe's is the main attraction. Indulge in pizza made your way and delicious pasta creations like braised lamb ragout served with penne pasta and fresh zucchini, tomato, and shrimp tossed with linguine pasta.
Jasmine's
Taking its name from the fragrant flower used in perfumery and tea, Jasmines showcases the colorful flavors of the Orient. It's said that exotic foods are for lovers, and after a romantic dining experience at Jasmines, it will be easy to see why. From the vaulted ceilings to the beautifully textured walls, Jasmines' Asian-inspired décor features a sensual ambiance and intimate dining space perfect for two people in love. Dark mahogany accents, bamboo-style chairs; hardwood flooring, and fiery red walls put the finishing touches to the provocative venue. But the main draw for most guests is the tantalizing fare.
Cafe de Paris
The heart of the Jamaica's South Coast has always been known for the best beaches and friendliest people. Now, Café de Paris is helping to make it known for fine, Parisian treats. When the café concept was first introduced in Paris in the 17th century, people fell in love with the neighborhood feel of the café, which over the years became a place to relax. The same semblance is found at Café de Paris, the social pulse of Whitehouse, Jamaica. There's a square-lined walkway along a bustling promenade made to resemble the streets of Paris. Flowers, bright colors, and lovely patio furniture with umbrellas adorn the outside of the café. But the chic décor and romantic ambience aren't the only things to savor at this superb café.
Eleanor's Caribbean Cuisine
Representing the best in the rich, flavorful fare that the Caribbean is known for, guests also come to Eleanors to relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean vistas. However, the best of Eleanors is found in the unique dishes and culinary touches the chefs employ here. Eleanors is named after 18th century Scottish noblewoman, Lady Eleanor MacDougal, who sailed to the Caribbean in search of a new life after a fall from grace in her homeland. Eleanor first landed in Antigua and slowly made her way through the Caribbean islands, picking up work as a cook and seamstress as she moved from place to place. Along the way, she wrote down the recipes she learned from local cooks in her journal. Eventually, she made her way to Jamaica, where she caught the eye of a local sugar cane plantation owner who courted and eventually married her.
Bayside Restaurant
The Bayside Restaurant represents the culinary diversity of an equally diverse locale. With flavorsome Caribbean cuisine, guests from near and far can enjoy Bayside by day for buffet-style breakfast and lunch; and bask in its enchanting essence with dining by night for an exquisite a la carte dinner. The character of Bayside's terrace setting overlooking the pier and Caribbean Sea is charming. Watch the sailboats pass by, indulge in a candlelit dinner, or view the fiery sunset while the cool, sea breeze washes over you.
Schooners Seafood Grill
Indulge in the elegant backdrop, caressing sea breeze, and the exotic cuisine of Schooners, an extraordinary restaurant specializing in Jamaican-influenced seafood where guests enjoy seaside terrace dining and cool, nautical themed decor. In Colonial times, schooners were fast, nimble ships employed in privateering, blockade running and, most commonly, fishing. With its colonial villa setting close to the sea, Schooners possesses an undeniable allure along with the best of the fisherman's catch prepared in Jamaican styles every day.
Neptunes Mediterranean Seafood
Neptune, the Roman god of water and the sea, is one of the most well known deities of Roman mythology. It's said that his powers are at the core of Neptunes, our Mediterranean seafood restaurant-and after dining here, you just might believe the old tale rings true. For years, the chefs of Neptunes have made it their mission to provide the most authentic reflection of Mediterranean heritage through robust menu offerings and a sundry setting. From the splendor of the rustic, open-air restaurant design, to the beauty of the turquoise sea, guests are offered a true, coastal Mediterranean experience directly on the beach, against the backdrop of the beautiful Jamaican Riviera.
The Jerk Shack
Discover Authentic Jamaican Jerk. Believed to have originated with Jamaica's Arawak Indians, jerk cookery began as a preservation method. The Maroons of Jamaica, who once sought refuge in the island's Blue Mountains, eternalized the Arawak's ancient jerk technique by spicing or seasoning the meat, wrapping it in leaves, then placing it on hot rocks over a lattice of wood. This technique evolved with the use of different spices to the cooking style that we know today as Jerk. At the Jerk Shack, chefs apply the jerk cooking style using a marinade or paste that incorporates pimento (allspice) and scotch bonnet peppers.
Sushi on the Sand
There’s nothing quite like the dining experience at Sushi on the Sand, a sleek, modern, open-air restaurant just steps from the beach. This remarkable sushi house offers exciting flavors and exotic, made-to-order sushi creations. With a style that is just as diverse as the inspiring sushi palate, our sushi chefs are eager to present guests with varying flavors of the Far East and share the essence of a consistent house style that is elegantly balanced through their splendid selection of nigiri, sashimi, carpaccio and sushi rolls, as well as an innovative menu of house-infused sake, sake cocktails and sake martinis.
